Dopamine fasting ... live like an ascetic

    I watched the following video and I wanna try dopamine fasting for a week. I highly recommend everyone to watch this one. For the next week I'll try not to watch any screen, play any video games, eat sugary foods and of course NoFap. I'll only have conversations on phone, no chatting and I'll allow myself to read non fiction books for 2-3 hours a day.
