    I want to see porn like something not necessary to my life. I don't see cocaine with good eyes. I don't need cocaine and i don't want to need PMO. We're like the birds and we can't forget it.

    Yes, I'm totally on board with dopamine fasting.

    I'm on hard mode, and also I try to do my Yoga every day.
    I have a diet I follow, and I don't drink coffee or eat sugar.

    Whatever dopamine I get at this point has to be way small.

    But it feels good to be like this, it feels more natural.
