you are free to breakdown your path in stages that best suit you
as the milestones.though instead of atomizing it endlessly, a goal need to be aspiring one - ambitious enough to count.

If you relapse you keep the streak you fully completed,
but you don't make further progress till you beat your own previous streak -
THAT IS THAT YOU DOUBLE IT EACH TIME! (or put a bit extra on top of it)

i just finished 50days, but i'm gonna pace myself at it a bit differently,
