    When I was in the toilet, my dick touched upper part of toilet seat and I slowly started to move back and forth. After sometime, semen comes out of my dick. Now, I am in doubt whether I have relapsed or not ? During this I was not thinking anything about porn.

    Sometimes semen leaks out during a reboot because you've gotten used to releasing for so long, when you stop, the body still fills up and occasionally leaks out. Don't worry about it, it's not a relapse and just stay on the course
