Tl;dw Watching porn in moderation is a better method of recovery because the more you resist the urge to watch the better your brain gets at making you cave, trapping you into a vicious cycle.
Anyone following this Dr's advice would basically need to reset once a week or so for a while. They could do it such that the intervals between porn sessions would become farther and farther spaced out. It would take a lot of discipline to stay the course and not just fall back into full on addiction. Insightful take, but just one of many approaches to this addiction I wager.
Interesting video, however i'm not confident that "scheduling P" is gonna help indeed. Instead of it, i feel it's better do another stuff and give our brains healthier rewards like eat or drink something that is really tasteful.
