Drank today for the first time. Need advice on the streak

Huge question:
I drank for the first time today (friend's birthday). 4 glasses, 1 dilute, 2 moderate and 1 shot.
I know the dopamine receptors don't care where the high comes from so have I reopened some circuits or anything?
I don't even feel the effects except for sleepiness and a little warm feeling inside. And I don't know about the hangover yet. Any help would be great. Still feeling very sane when I'm writing this.
