Dream about masterbating

I had a dream , this is the second day in a row, where I was dreaming about watching porn. I woke up with my hand in my underwear and an erection. I guess that my mind is so accustomed to masterbating that I am beginning to have dreams now that I’m abstaining. Any suggestions to prevent this?

I find sleeping on my side helps avoid situations like this, as does avoiding drinking for a few hours before bed, and avoiding anything triggering or stressful during the day.

For me the goal is a return to a health pmo free life. Dreams and normal daydreams are the way it should be.

Yeah I’m rebooting my mindand not looking at any subs . Anything. These dreams never happened before. I hope that I will not relapse in my sleep
