Dream about porn addiction

Been there brother.
It's your brain playing tricks on you.
Just don't lose focus and keep going.
Eventually it will get better.

 

I don't know, I mean it is a nice metaphor that you interpret into it. And after all, your dreams are what you make of them. So take it as a prompt to delete all porn and the traces of its use from your life.

Now if I had had that same dream, I would have probably just thought it spoke of the anxiety that comes with the secret habit of pmo. You know, like a type of mild nightmare just putting you through that very real fear of embarrassment that would come with being found out. Your addiction has brought you to a point where you can't even show - let alone give - your phone to somebody else. The constant pmo use has crept into everything and left behind its traces in every possible place, to the point where you have to double-check everything. And then when conversations happen like the one you had in your dream, you get this mini heart-attack / rush of panic because you have to delete some stuff first.

I can't recall having had such a dream, but I've been in real life situations with friends where I literally had to pull my phone out of their hands with force as they were joking about opening my gallery. They looked at me with horror in their eyes for seemingly overreacting. But I just had to get my phone back and became as vicious as if it was a matter of life and death for a moment.

 

Never had a wet dream, but definitely have had multiple porn related dreams. Usually they're filled with stuff related to the horrible weird stuff i've watched in the past... some sort of watered down version of PTSD for people who are haunted by horrible things they've seen in real life.

These usually happen when i'm in reboot mode. As @Evilgenius_10 said, it is your brain playing tricks, being starved of that repetitive action that gives you that dopamine high. It sucks when you have porn dreams; it does show you exactly down the rabbit hole you might have got with porn.

For me, they haven't re-occurred as much a few weeks into into the reboot

 

I had a few dreams related to my sex addiction in the past. I have interpreted them as signs of detox. Before my brain gives up and resets, it is trying to keep status quo by rendering sexual content, since it is not getting any through my eyes.
