Dreaming several times

    Hey lately i Dreaming several times that im relapsing, not like wet dreaming but i found my self get to my laptop and acess to porno, also i jump from the vanila porn and get to the fetih zone.

    Its weired cause i dont get self control and let my self to givup rightaway.

    The weird thing the dream culd give me real feelings about that iam cause relapsed and the negative feelings that hit you after i watch porno in my dream.

    Can somone share opinion about that? Thx

    I ami over 4 mount without porn, m cuplle of time this strike about 5 m and o, without p

    That sounds pretty normal to me and is probably a sign that you are healing.
    Your addicted brain is bringing up these dreams because you are not looking at porn in real life.

    And, in some ways, your brain responds the same as if you had looked at porn. This is why you feel pretty lousy after these dreams. I have had the same experience and it is always very difficult in the days that follow an erotic dream.
    Good job on 4 months without porn and cutting back on MO!
