    Hey guys,
    I'm just wondering if anyone else has experienced dreams in which you watch porn?
    I just happened to me for the second time today and it's really messed up - striving to not watch porn in the real life and them my subconsciousness watches it in dreams...
    For those who experienced this and have done Nofap for any longer periods of time: does this ever go away? What are your findings?

    I think this is called Wet dream. If you fap after a dream that is natural and fine. Actually after excessive masturbation they stop. So it's ok and not considered a relapse.

    Yes, sometimes it happens. You don't watch porn, your brain craves porn, you dream about porn, it's normal. It's pretty nerve-racking, waking up and realising that you, gladly, have not relapsed yet. Don't worry too much about it, it's part of the recovery process.

    I thought Wet dream is when you ejaculate in your sleep (hence: wet). You might even be dreaming about having sex in this instance.

    My question was slightly different, I wondered if anyone actually dreamt that within a dream that, say, they were sitting in front of a computer and watch porn.

    @Kallosthenos I also love the fact that I got the most useful reply about watching porn within my dreams from a guy whose signature is "Never give up on your dreams." :D Actually, this is exactly what I'm trying to do in this specific context :D
