A dream is manifested by your brain when it processes what happened during the day.

Many people believe their dreams mean something or are trying to send them some sort of message.

With these facts in mind it can mean that your brain is adapting to what you are doing by processing a day in deeper detail or it can be that you are confusing your brain with your new activities or lack there of.

 

I had a lot of dreams and low sleep qualities these days,I think its because of withdraw, later I will be ok(ง •̀_•́)ง

 

It never does. Your brain interprets and subjectifies.

A dream where you are drowning can represent a situation you find urgent and draining.

A dream of you flying can represent feelings of carelessness and happiness. Etc.

So basically try to see if the your feelings in certain situations of everyday life match your feelings in some of your dreams.
