Gonna end up with approx 6 to 7 glasses at the end of the day.
5 glasses today. Although some time still remains.
Yes I'll join this challenge. But I'll say I do not drink water as much as I should but past two days and I have and man.
Well the only benefit I witness is stronger morning woods lol we shall see for the rest...
In. Day 0
Day 1/30 Drink 8 glasses of water every day
I’m in! 8 glasses per day.
I’ll start at -1/30: will start counting glasses tomorrow.
1/30 completed. Eight glasses of water was apparently normal to me, I drank around ten glasses yesterday. What is going to be interesting is the consistence in this: there are probably days where I forget to drink that much.
This challenge made me realise that I barely drink water during the day
I drink instead a bunch of energy drinks, tea, coffee and Cola.. I have to change my drinking habits (5 glasses for today btw)
I forgot to count the number of glasses yesterday. I think I have to put this in Trello with eight identical tasks to do
5 Glasses of water so far and 0 glasses of Coke!
That's what I call improvement ;-)
The hardest thing for me is to count all the glasses all the time I think I drink around 10 glasses of water each day but this challenge helps me to be more consistent with this.
I am heavily drinking a bunch of sparkling water..San Pellegrino!
9/30, the counting is still the hardest part but I’m pretty much on the safe side, I’m already drinking more than eight glasses of water every day. For me, this challenge helps me a tiny bit to get a bit more consistent, however, the change is a bit too marginal to notice any difference.
11/30. I drank a lot of water yesterday, probably something around 15 glasses
