Drinking 2 beers daily; Alcoholic?

    I'm going to keep this short; does drinking 2 0,5ltr cans of beer daily make me an alcoholic?

    Last months I've created this habit for myself again and I feel it could be a major reason I had my previous relapses to PMO. I decided to stop and I haven't had any beer for 3 days now.

    What do you guys think?

    It can be, can be weak addiction too.
    2 beers a week rule is good.
    One on saturday.
    One on sunday.
    I dont think alcohol is as bad as pmo.
    But it is up to you

    If you crave it, it's most likely that you're becoming addicted. Stay away from it for a month or two, chew a gum to reduce cravings and start exercising.
