  1. Hi all! I joined this beautiful community to give up my habit of P and M. I really fall deep for it back there which almost ended up my life. More/Less, I played with my life and never listened what my mind said... forget it!

If I pull up my story in short, then I tell you I began masturbating by the end of 2012, then for following years it grew. I discovered myself watching porn just like everyday without any feeling of nastiness. This habit though. I WENT VERY LOW AND VERY ANXIOUS, I NEEDED TO KNOW WHAT WAS THE ROOT CAUSE OF ME ACTING WEIRD, thanks to Internet, I learned about the disadvantages of watching Porn. I realised what was behind, oh damn, nothing but PORN!

Here I am...writing this post for beautiful suggestions and feedbacks. I will be updating my progress :)

If I tell you the truth, I don't feel quitting PMO is hard (yeah). My advice to all new comers would be to cut off P first then MO.

Cheers to all strong brothers who inspired me to start my own journey, thanks a lot. Keep going! Peace. #2017ofNoPMO

EDIT: Thank you for supporting 360 broz :)

Welcome to NoFap where you are amongst friends who are here to encourage you and sometimes challenge you but not judge you.

During your journey, you will get a chance to see if what you feel about the difficulty of quitting PMO aligns with the reality of quitting PMO.

What are your current strategies for combating the enemy called PMO?

  3. Thank you DJ. I am excited about quitting porn for gud. I tried several times to enter Hard Mode a sudden but I found that really difficult. It brings me the situation of relapse. Basically I quit porn and even when I have to relapse I would do without it, so its less damage. Now my principal goal is to clear one month atleast. I am currently avoiding triggers like everything I can (tv, internet, pics). My last relapse was on 2nd April, if it wasnt there, today would have been my 18th day. I take this as a challenge, and m confident about it also that it will be completed.
