During the abstinence from PMO, MO and P me torments ...

I have refrained from MO, PMO and just P for more than two weeks. It is not strange, but some changes have appeared:

1. Hands constantly sweat. After prolonged abstinence, I had energy. But along with it, and emotions. Therefore, periodically sweat appears on my hands.
   
2. Insomnia. Perhaps one of the main problems. When I go to bed, many different thoughts come to my mind about what will happen tomorrow, what I will say to the girl who I like ...
   
3. Almost constant diarrhea. Because of the thoughts about PMO, MO, and P, I'm starting to get nervous. Therefore, I start to want go in toilet.
