Absolutely dying and could use some words of encouragement fellow fapstronauts.

Heres my post from today to give you an idea of my head space.

    Day 15:

Slight edge to random facebook pics today but only a minute or two so wont dwell on it too much. I had a difficult day with retard work collegues and as is usual for me right now all I want is a fix of dopamine to make me feel better. So I turn to porn. Its just that I dont think at this point anything else can satisfy me as much as porn. excersize wont do it, sex with my girlfriend wont do it. Im smoking like a chimney at the moment and eating more chocolate than i ever had to try and stop the withdrawals but its killer.

For the love of god I hope this gets easier. People say it does but its so hard to picture it getting better when all I think about it pmo. I dont wanna sound like a moaner but just needed to rant this. christ almighty, this is so fucking hard.

Hats off to anyone that get to a month without porn.

    Does anyone identify with this?

I used to have that problem but I've since lost the taste for porn thanks to educating myself about the industry. I won't lie and say that I never get tempted by porn because I do have those moments. My mind still craves some of the fucked up shit I started watching when I was addicted, namely incest porn.

But when those desires come I now bombard myself with the information I've learned. I'll either fill my mind with testimonies from former porn stars or I'll re-read/watch them.

Here are a few to look at. They should help you fight off those urges.

Most of these testimonies are full of God talk. If you are not a Christian, I urge you not to use that as a reason to ignore what they have to say.
