Easiest way to quit porn is to get a girlfriend

Getting a girlfriend while addicted is the best way to ruin the relationship. That's what I'm thinking. Porn addiction isn't sex addiction.

 

This, as most things, is not black and white... you can be addicted because of lack of relationship, close friendship or due to lack of normal stimulation. There're several reasons for you to be PMO addict: loneliness, sexual dissatisfaction, stress, complexes, high libido etc. In some cases it will help you reach your goals. Going for hardcore mode is extremely difficult and not only because we were addicted but we're only humans and we need to relief our inner PRIMITIVE needs. By going no PM mode you learn the proper way at the same time.

 

Be careful, I pmo'd in two relationships with really hot women, The problem is not the women, the problem is us, we have an addiction.
