    Quick Public Service Announcement -

    Starting a virtual support group for men who have been struggling to quit at all or keep relapsing after a short time.

    We will be learning how to use CBT **Cognitive Behavior Therapy** . This is a science proven method that normally you have to pay a therapist to learn 1-on-1.

    We will also be accountability partners and a support group for each other.

    The first meeting is tonight at 7:30 PM EST. This will be a weekly meeting
