Hey guys, I've posted here before about this subject but I never quite got a good response... From anyone here, have you cured this from rebooting? Basically I think alot of us have messed up pelvic floors which affect our pooping, peeing, and sexual functions... Anyone fixed this? I'm terrifed.
I recently got a feeling that my pelvic floor might be involved in a couple of things. Not just the Ed, but also I have one testicle that sometime, but often with/after M, goes up. Really up. I got it checked :just a slight varicocele. So I started to pay attention to the area, and I noticed that when I m erected I tend to keep it hard. I started to try to relax, even in everyday life, and I have to say I m better now. But I can't give proper advice on it, just my experience. I might try to properly do kegel exercise in the future.
If it's too tight u can try rolling on a golf ball in the taint region. Obviously be gentle. Or you can look into the pelviwand. You insert it in the rectum and slowly rotate. This will relax the muscle hopefully. Also look into potassium or magnesium supplementation to ease the muscle cramping. Possibly an electrolyte imbalance
No, just researched it as part of my exploration of what happened to me. I've been on NoFap forums for years now and pelvic floor issue has come up alot from other members - so I Gained as much knowledge as possible to see if that was my problem. I've rolled on the golf ball, it did feel good but i don't think i have the problem per say' are you suffering from a hard flaccid?
Sometimes but usually not too hard... More like the involuntary Kegels and urinary and bowel movement problems... I have no problems getting erections with my girl, but they always are weak and I think this has something to do with it because my erections are better with my girl than with porn...
I think it's more of a sympathetic / parasympathetic nerve issue. Fight or flight stress pattern. This is what I'm dealing with. Slowly getting better with lots of omega 3 , methyl b12, methyl folate, and all the rest of the b's . Not to mention lots of rest (hard mode) When this system is out if whack all the involuntary movements suffer and erections are weaker.
