    So basically ive been sufferin from ed almost my entire life
    lately tried some pills , kinda worked kinda not , my erections got better but wasnt perfect
    my urologist said i might have tight pelvic floor (cuz i also have urine problems)

    the weird thing is when i masturbate if i stop touching the penis for 5 secs the erections get strong . but when i touch it it comes pretty soft

    i noticed that i kinda clench my pelvic during the action

    how can improve it ?
    currently i workin my ic and bc and doing some reverse kegels

    In my opinion, you should stop masturbating and watching porn, it overstimulates your brain and desensitize it from the real world stimulus.
    You should at least give it a try and trust the process, you have nothing to lose doing No PMO and everything to win. You will relax that parts of your body and let your brain recovery.
