ED with GF 72 days in

I figured I would make this post to see if anyone else is experiencing something like this. I'm 72 days in and have a gf and can never get hard. I occasionally wake up with some morning wood but that's it. No libido, no urges, it's making me incredibly anxious even though physically I've been told by doctors I'm ok. My GF is super patient but I'm worried this will never go away. I'm a few weeks from 90 days and all of this ED cure stuff I read on here couldn't be further from my experience
