    aight so I edged today (which I seriously regret), REALLY had to fight my urges to cum and orgasm and in the end ejaculated a tiny bit but didn't orgasm. does this count as a relapse? I know it's a personal journey and what not but I suffer from very mild ED and can't seem to reach orgasm when I have sex with my girlfriend. I'm not going to edge again as I seriously think it's harmful but I want your personal opinion and possibly tips?
    help would be much appreciated

    If masturbation is a no for you, then yes it's a reset.

    Reset as opposed to relapse, I think relapse is to go back to your old habits, so a one off can be considered a reset.
