You don't have to do all the work when you are having sex with a partner. Keep an open dialog about where you are at with your arousal. I'll bet that if you work with your wife during sex, you can make it last as long as you like. I've dealt with PE on and off throughout my life. I developed the ability to recharge for a second ejaculation during one session of sex. I found that once I could do that it didn't matter if I had my first ejaculation early on, in fact, it can be so relationship building when you keep trying, even after your mojo is gone.

 

I did a long time whithout ejaculation, only edging.
Good fact :
-I got a better control of my ejaculation;
-I'm able to have an orgasm without ejaculation (yeah I went very far ^^ )

But:
-I spend so much longer watching porn, sometimes for 3 hours whithout stoping in an afternoon.
-It's easier whithout edging, you will not be tempted to wet your belly.
-I think you will become insane if you do this for too long, it's like torturing yourself again and again... Do you hate yourself so much ?
