  2. Not a relapse but you are making things harder on yourself and risking slipping into relapse. You are also damaging your sensitivity, this type of edging is really bad in that regard.

    The difference between a reset and a relapse is that reset is just masturbating once and then getting back to your values of not pmo. A relapse is like spending a few hours looking at porn and masturbating many times. I believe there's sticky at the top of the forum that talks about this.

    Prone M is like humping your mattress. lying down and rubbing your junk against something. If done enough it can cause nerve damage.

    Depending on how you're refraining from pmo is how you decide to reset your counter or not. My opinion is that you didn't know that you were doing prone, you didn't orgasm and you showed excellent restraint in stopping. I'd celebrate that you made the decision to stop. Learn from this and don't do it again but really be happy with yourself for stopping. We must celebrate the wins more so that when we don't.

    When we don't and we slip, we beat the crap out of ourselves. We feel had, we hate ourselves, we really do ourselves alot of abuse and it's 100% unnecessary. It's emotionally damaging, we're abusing ourselves than necessary. As I said we really should focus on the wins and celebrate them with as much emotion and reward as we can. This way you'll implant in your subconscious that when you do something good in relation top stopping pmo, you get rewarded.
