Hi guys, my apologies if this has already come up. I have a book on Audible that I’m reading (). It’s called ‘Your brain on porn’. Firstly it’s great to greater understand the chemistry behind addiction but also there are plenty of quotations from recovering addicts. I find this helpful to listen to when I go to bed (when I would be masturbating). I’m nearly a week clean now and feeling great.
