effects of ativan 1 mg

    does anyone know the long term effects of ativan 1 mg?
    my mother has been taking the medicine for 20 years n is pretty much addicted to it.
    does anyone else have any experience with this sleeping pill?

    yeah... mom goes crazy if she doesnt take the pill. she gets super mood swings. starts yelling, screaming, slurry speech n acts like some child. its horrible n embarrassing as a child.

    how did you wean out of the addiction? how much time did it take you?
