It makes sense to me about what Marnia says YBOP is about porn addiction, not masturbation; it is for those with porn addiction (or addiction-related changes) i've always understood that to be their focus when i read the book. Personally i stay away from the reddit nofap pages, i find there are a lot of people there with very extreme views and there tends to be a lot of hand bags flying around but for some reason not so much on this site and message board?. I personally think its not very healthy to completely limit ones sexual outlets for eternity. For almost all of us, porn and its use is the driving factor whereas there may be a minority who do have very severe problems with masturbation such as doing it in public or indecent exposure etc.
