    I made myself tear up a bit this morning while playing guitar. Guess I was hitting all the right notes.

    I would like to be able to cry more often just as a nice release..but I can't..there are times when I cry almost everyday or more often though..but as time has been going on I am finding I
    that I am crying less and less..which distresses me because when I feel I need to I can't.
