emotionally drained and started pmo again

I have been suffering from tinnitus and hyper accussis for some time now, felt really bad, been tryinig to avoid porn as much as possible and thinking that it couldn't get any worse it did, I first thought that I just had a new tinnitus noise but then the noise changed into a contiuously ambulance sirens or church bells, seems I now have auditive charles bonnet ( auditive halucinations), feeling beyond help now.
It's been a few days now and every day it's getting worse, waiting for my appointment at a doctor. Currently staying with my parents as I'm completely lost and thinking of bad things.
Started watching porn and edging again, anything to keep me distracted from the sirens in my head.

Sorry just needed to write something here to try to keep sane…...
