Liked you heading, as that has been the main ingredient in my success (longest streak in a Decade and I feel great), is this community of people being so sincere, open and honest and willing to share everything. No judgement, only encouragement everywhere on looks.

Start a daily journal bru, read journals, comment and encourage. Learn about what happens to our brains and bodies when looking at Porn. I learnt so much about the reward system, dopamine levels, chaser effect etc which has helped me understand how my body reacts in the reboot and being to combat this!!
