    No more looking skinny for the bitches or having gray hair! No more to not working out to studying because I've fapped! I will be a confident badass and I WILL RULE my world. Every time I have masturbated, something bad has happened in my life. It all has to do with my loss of motivation after jacking off to porn. This has led to me almost getting my admission rescinded from a uni because I plagiarized a paper, my rabbits dying because I didn't pay attention to them, and fractured relationships with people I cared about since I was too engrossed with my porn addiction. GOD SAVE ME

    Don't focus on all these negatives though. Reading this I remember how I sometimes felt and acted after relapsing and how this has probably not often brought any changes.
    Focus on why you want to do this, why you want to be rid of this pathetic habit.
    You should definitely also remember how bad that makes you feel but I think personally, the incentive should be on what you want to be, how more happy and at peace you feel when you are rid of the shame, guilt etc. knowing you live by your own values, probably the most important, that's where all the confidence comes from.
    Wish you the best, if you really want it, you can be free now and never go back, you just have to decide, if you are a hundred percent sure, you won't struggle, if you have an ounce of doubt, this will be hard.

    Focus on the positives. When things get hard, and they will, focus on the positives that come from abstaining from PMO. It really helps.

    You also sound like you're trying to rely on will power for this. I think setting up measures to prevent pmo are often more effective than simply de iding to give up. So keep yourself in places you cannot pmo. Stay away from your electronic devices in places where you're alone. Take up exercise to deal with urges and this will also help you sleep well due to being tired. Also try to get more things to focus on e.g. work, new job, new course etc. The busier and more engaged you get with the projects the lesser the space/time you'll have for porn.
