Enough is enough!!

I am gonna paint this wall with my mind, please don't mind if i say anything offensive...

I am a male 24 years old working 9 to 5 job now, i started masturbating and watching porn years back, maybe 10 years i don't even know as i have been doing this dog shit thing all my life and now i think about it that i have wasted soooo much energy just for some cheap thrills, i have tried nofap multiple times and the max number of days i lasted is 7 days, i know its nothing of what i need to do to get rid of this addiction.

I hate myself sometimes because i do this shit, even though i know this addiction taking a big part of my life, but what can i do ? i thought about this...

I want to stop and leave this habit behind i don't know how to, i am looking for some help, i know that supreme divine helps me to stay sane and not lose my sanity because of this habit which i myself made.

I never wrote anything about this and never told anyone about this but i have some memories of my childhood, i was bought into masturbating by a close person, i was a child back then i found so much thrill while masturbating, and slowly slowly i am in this shit where i became an addict to this porn and masturbation.

I think that i am not gonna watch porn or masturbate but again urges take me to doing it even though i don't want to deep inside my heart.

I am gonna post in accountability thread for someone to become accountable for this and i would also like to help others as much as i can, i know i am not in any way capable to help someone with this because i am myself is an addict, but i will try.

In last i want to say please forgive me if i said anything offensive to anyone.
