It's time for a change. I dont even know why I watch porn anymore. I feel nothing towards it yet I still cant shake this habit. I now have someone I love and dont want this habit to continue into my relationship, so enough is enough. Im looking to be PMO free until I get married. That's a minimum of 2 years, so wish me luck and I hope we can all kick these habits.

    Hi man,

It's good to see you have done the first step into recovering from PMO addiction - deciding firmly to stop. I'd want to point you that having someone you love will actually make the whole thing thougher. I'm married and I was sure I would completely stop PMO when I got married but it didn't. Life with the loved one it's actually thougher because we tend to resort to PMO as "Easy Way to have pleasure without this wife/girlfriend that gets me mad". OF course, the second after the O we resort to the same depression post-PMO.So I believe that the best way to get out of it is to really try to connect, the mostyou can , to your girlfriend , and especially to enjoy the moments with her. This way, pleasure will not need to come through PMO and the pressure and the consequent urges that it causes will be softer.

I wish you great success in your journey!
