Entering 2019 clean

Hello everyone!

I quit porn on the 7th of November 2018. Since then, I only masturbated from time to time. I have already experienced the positive signs such as a boost in energy, feeling more alive, more self-confidence, etc.

I have never relapsed.

I plan for 2019 to also quit masturbation and maybe masturbate only once in a month because it's healthy to do so...

What can I say about pornography. I think that what brought us there was novelty and always the sights of new women seemingly with a desire for sex.

I think you already know the reality. Most things in pornography are fake.
Real women think differently. Real sex is different... As a matter of fact, it can be much better.

Pornography is what separates us men from real women. It brings less sex in people's lives and more loneliness and emptiness.

Anyway, who else is entering 2019 clean? (I mean no relapse for at least the last 30 days).
