    Hello!
Glad to be on this forum. I joined a week ago but I ended up with a relapse so I did create a thread about it. Along with this I might as well introduce myself here.

I used to masturbate everyday, twice minimum, sometimes it used to cross 3 times especially when I stay up at night. Sometimes to porn, sometimes to my girlfriend.
I wasn't in a good condition, it made me lazy, it made me dull, I felt a tinge of social anxiety, I wouldn't say I was addicted to porn but I was clearly addicted to masturbation and I did not like what I was doing. So I made a decision to quit porn and masturbation. But since I am in a relationship therefore I did not rule out sex.
Whenever I was stressful or anxious, I used to rely on orgasm for relief, as a medicine, since I don't smoke or drink or do drugs, I was convinced that masturbation is the "best source of relief" or "world's safest drug" or "painkiller in the form of a God's gift".
Boy oh boy I was wrong, it's just another drug, more abundant and free of cost which makes it more dangerous. Everytime I masturbate, I had my inner self telling me everything is fine, and there is nothing to worry about and life is so fine which kills all the tension therefore making me less serious about the important tasks I need to do. It kills the fear factor that helps me work better. Until last week I came across a YouTube video about NoFap where a guy was explaining about how he overturned his shitty ass life into a much better one and much more lively than his former self. Most of the details he said applies to me therefore convincing me to join this forum.
I rely on this platform to become better and improve my day to day activities and hopefully overturn all my behavioral problems. I hope to become more active in other tasks and become more productive just like many the success stories I have read and make my own success story.
    Thank you!
