    Now I’ve been on and off NoFap for about a year now and I’m currently on day 11 on what I consider my most serious attempt.

    I wanted to know if anyone has noticed better erection quality after a good streak. Usually when I’m having sex I can stay hard but after 15-20 minutes my election starts to dwindle and and I have to finish off with my hand. Over all I feel my erections aren’t at the 100% they should be at.
    Are these just the the damages of pmo? I’ve noticed that after a decent streak I can climax during sex but after a couple pmo sessions I stay away a few days and have sex and yea it seems a little harder to finish.

    I guess I just need some reassurance that stopping pmo will help me have better , harder and longer erections right ? I’m 24yo

    Idk, I think I just have naturally weaker erections. Still functional, just not 'rock solid' as you hear of. Even when watching the most hardcore of porn I never became 'rock solid'. I think that my penis is on the bigger side, so maybe I don't have enough blood flow to go around, but as long as it's hard enough to go inside a vagina I don't think there is anything to worry about.
