    Good (not great) workout week Jan 2.-Jan 8 2023.

    MON 1/2/23 outdoors in the park:
    Mountainbiked 8 miles to park with estimated 5-lb. backpack containing water, bike locks, towels, etc.

    120 cu (sets of 40 x 3)
    240 pu (sets of 80 x 3)

    SAT 1/7/23 outdoors in the park:
    Mountainbiked 8 miles to park with estimated 5-lb. backpack containing water, bike locks, towels, etc.

    120 cu (40 x 3) (did about 15 reps with the backpack)
    240 pu (80 x 3) (did about 30 reps with the backpack)

    Then rode the bike over a few blocks to hang out had a few drinks and an indulgent amazing lunchtruck meal at my favorite local watering hole.

    Mountainbiked back home 8 miles.

    Will repeat SAT workout today but I'm driving my Jeep to and from the park. Body is tired from yesterday's workout but I'm pushing it hard again today.
