Essential reading/viewing?

Hi I'm fairly new to all of this and as I currently have a lot in my plate I don't have much time to sit and browse the internet/do research etc.

With this in mind can anybody please tell me if there are any articles/videos etc that they consider essential reading /viewing that will give me the most thorough understanding in the least possible time etc?

I'm not being lazy it's just that I genuinelly do have a lot going on and so anything that helps me cut out hours of browsing that I simply don't have would be massively appreciated.
