Estimated healing time from piED ?

    I know every person is different but maybe there are some people that have faced the same ;
    Im at day 122 hardmode (daily coldshowers and exercise) and have ED and zero libido/flatline. When I was 13 I had my first ejaculation, my 2nd one was with porn......im 28 now. I also smoked weed everyday for almost from 16 untill 25. Which is not helping my brain I guess.

    My recovery is going really slow, day 0-30 I had many dreams about porn and 1 wet dream. Day 30-90 alot of days with depression. Just since a few weeks it seems my dreams about porn are gone.
    I read stories about guys still having having ED and flatline for more than 2 years....!!!

    My goal is a normal sex life and a normal functioning penis. How f*cked am I?

    Don't worry you'll get healed. I also have PIED and I am sure we are all gonna be cured if we follow monk mode path. If you've heard of Gabe Deem, it took him 9 months to be cured and can have sex. He said it took like 6 months to see glimmers of hope. Just give your brain time to reboot thats all. Imagine that brain is your friend who you need to help
