Day 1 was tough. Unfocused. Unproductive. Managed to get stronger (improved on my lifts at the gym).

20% of the way to Khumbu Falls.

    Day 2, let's go.

    Day 11, June 14, evening, Camp I

Relapsed at the end of Day 9... Making it through the first challenge on day 30 will be very difficult now, but not impossible. Either way, tomorrow is another day for the next milestone: Western CWM.

    Signing out.

    Day 16, June 19th evening
    Progress: Western CWM 1/5 complete

At this rate, at least I'll survive the following two challenges:
    1. Giving up before you started (5 days)
    2. Tumbling down the Mountain (15 days)

Constant daily crazy urges and almost relapses. Holding on for dear life.

Tomorrow is another day. Let's go.
