Every time thinking about sex and girls

I honestly understand where you are coming from, my mind a lot of times thinks about women too but my problem is is that I get too shy around them. So I can't talk to them properly.

 

You should go to the Gym and use that sexual energy into the Gym and making your self better and reaching the best version of your self.

What do you prefer? Jerking off for a lifetime and be a looser, or changing this habit, and starting Gym, cold showers, training, and growing muscles

Gym => Real Ladies => Real Sex
Porn => No Gym => No Ladies => Looser

I think the decision is easy right?

Thinking about sex is normal. Just have to learn to accept it and not let it consume your lifestyle. Try booking your social calendar and doings things are fun, such as hiking dancing, travel. Distract and take control of your mind.

Try exercising cold showers praying and meditation.
Sexual thoughts are the symptoms and not the problem
