How do you guys even commit to NoFap. I feel like its alot harder than it already is like really, its crazy how porn is super accessible for any age group and gender group. The only thing thats harder for me to really use nofap and set a goal where i can be realistically become clean from pmo. I feel like i need to start developing my willpower to control my urges that will cause me multiple relapses porn and start realistically setting up small goals to stop viewing pornography on a daily basis, i beat my man meat every time i see a new video that looks good and one i never seen before and there a more videos waiting to be viewed in the category that i always watch because i have a fetish for it. Last month and this month i'm unable to acheive any results . I always relapse because i let my sexual thoughts and behaviours control me to the point where i didnt bother addressing my issues. This is a not a new beginning, i can try again and i am determined to stop. Even if i fall i well always come back up and keep on fighting, im a fighter and right now i need your support thankyou fellow fapstronauts for checking out my post.

Quitting porn is easy when you do it right. When it's a "battle" you're in the wrong mindset. You'll never win on a constant basis because you're fighting your own will. You have to make all your unconscious positive delusions about porn conscious and change them. Destroy the "rose-colored glasses" about porn. I describe in detail how I do it in this thread: https://www.nofap.com/forum/index.php?threads/fearless-of-triggers.217806/

It's not about fighting until you win. It's about understanding what you really want.

Ya, you're going to have to make a concious decision to stop watching porn. Set small goals. Some guys go right into trying for 90 days and then get down on themselves when they relapse - don't make your goals too aggressive too early.

Some changes you can make immediately are no more porn. Period. And with masturbation, try only doing it once every 2-3 days and only doing it to your thoughts about a real girl. For me, that's all I needed - after about 2-3 weeks of that I was back to having strong erections with my wife. Just see how your body responds. By doing no porn moving forward, that will make a HUGE difference over time.
