Sorry if this thread doesn't go here. Well I've been thinking about this PMO issue from a transcendental point of view. I don't think that we are struggling with this and have found the NoFap for no reason.
I read this sentence once: "wherever a man's wound is, there is his treasure" or something like that, you get the idea.
Basically, I think that all of us have a mission, regarding the others. It's good to come here for counseling and help, of course. But it's also good to find a way to help others. A lot of people is suffering and we can do so many things. A good question to ask myself is "What can I do for the others so they can realize this slavery and fight it?", and when I do so I see a lot of possibilities.
Creating a website? A channel in telegram? Speak in public about this? Study? Spread the word to my friends, no matter what they think?
I don't know, as I said I think that there are a lot of chances, and a massive enemy to defeat. The good thing is that there are more and more of us over time. Still we need more and more warriors! I was quite active in Telegram once, and apparently it helped people, at least to question themselves about the addiction. I'm wondering about what to do next.
