I will try to keep my response to you as short as possible but answer thoroughly.

I believe there to be various types of meditation! For instance, Bruce Lee explained that we must be like water; be formless and flow. I can achieve a meditative state playing a sport, musical instrument or even during prayer. We often hear of meditation by crossing the legs and clearing the mind and focusing on breathing which is great and the best one to practice to train one’s mind. But really, meditation is the mind gliding through thought or lack thereof. In the movie ‘The Last Samurai’, Tom Cruise is told by a samurai, “No mind,” before he learns to be the skilled swordsman. Have you ever effortlessly did something? And then when your mind wasn’t right it was difficult and you missed everything? It’s a clear, focused and concentrated mind that makes all the difference; imagine going through life everyday effortlessly and masterfully - that is the art of meditation.

Although I am not a master of meditation I am well aware of its benefits. I have had spiritual experiences during traditional meditation by feeling my energy move through me and up through my spine. Sexual transmutation and sacred sexuality is feeling and manipulating sexual energy beginning at your sacral chakra and directing up the spine and to the mind. I have felt and communicated with an entity beyond me through this method; only when I felt my consciousness in the crown chakra which is out of my own body above my head. Twice I have achieved this phenomenon. Spiritual entities are formless and cannot communicate via our senses except they can be felt through spinal shocks and pulses. I communicated via direct specific questions and the entity would only answer with a yes via spinal shocks, or it’d answer no by offering no answer. It had responded and told me it was female, a family member and it wanted to help me - all asked separately and specifically, some of the questions it wouldn’t answer and I would have the thought that I needed to stage the question differently. It didn’t answer me when I asked about religions - which scared me at the time and ended the meditative connection.

Leading into your next question; I do believe in the great architect of the universe. I am a direct descendent of King James who was responsible for translating the Bible into English - the same King James who Guy Fawkes attempted to kill.

I grew up “Mormon” in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. I’ve gone to seminary for four years and almost served a Mormon mission which is a two year service - but I began to think differently. Later I went my own way and have studied and looked into various religions. I had long dated a Muslim woman and studied Islam and even went to Mosque; there is a lot of ancient wisdom there. The prayer itself is grounding negative energy into the earth.

Now, I do not claim to understand or know any truth about religion and the divine. We are cut off and left to interpret it for ourselves. I have come to the conclusion that I simply cannot know the intricacies of the universe. But there most definitely is something there; for nothing cannot begat something. Our existence and this realm of laws should be sufficient truth that there is something at work in the universe beyond us. Our existence is of discovery, learning and growing; ultimately becoming and achieving a higher self in a paradoxical world; a matrix, if you will.

I have long considered and imagined who, Jesus Christ, really is. I believe religions are incorrect in many details of Him. I will tell you a quick story without going into incredible amounts of detail. I have experienced, on more than one occasion, negative entities. The first time I experienced this was in Maryland in an old house a girl invited me over to she was house sitting by herself and she told me the home was haunted. I didn’t believe her and went over there, went from room to room and found the construction of the home to be odd, there were many additions built to the original old house. I went to sleep next to her and awoke at 3am to find a translucent being standing above her. I didn’t move a muscle and stared in disbelief; at this time I was 80 days into nofap and I’m not sure if it allowed me this ability to actually see one! The being was looking down at her and then moved it’s head and looked at me (it had no physical features except large dark circles where its eyes would be). I began getting the feeling of anger thinking, “I see you!? What are you doing?!” It quickly crunched itself together and flew quickly into the girl. Still without any movement from me, the girl awoke gasping in fear and grabbed me and told me how scared she was - I later interpreted it as they feed off of fear and negativity. I told her what happened and we eventually fell back asleep. I then had a dream where I was standing in a white room which went into infinity in all directions (imagine white room from the matrix) and the words appeared to me, “I will kill you.” I then awoke in paralysis which I have never experienced before. I felt pressure on my mind and body. I eventually said the words, “Jesus Christ,” which I barely whispered because I couldn’t move and my body was completely released. I never went back there again.

Either the name of Jesus Christ is powerful indeed or my faith in a higher being repelled the entity. Regardless of what you want to think or believe, it had worked for me and on more than a few occasions.

I am hesitant to post this, but I am going to do it regardless. Keep in mind that it’s impossible for you or me to know everything. I can only speak of experiences and my interpretation of them. With that said, I believe Buddha, Mohammad, Joseph Smith, Jesus Christ and many many others may have achieved a connection with the divine; however religions have changed and interpreted in their own way the truth through culture and traditions. I know and believe there is a way to connect to the other side on a personal level, which I believe sexual energy to be one faucet of power for this connection.

Regardless, I could easily be wrong and I embrace that I am always changing and hope to one day discover the truth by becoming a better person.

@Anubis Rises that experience was 5 years ago, I don’t speak to her anymore. Although I later found out she had bipolar disorder.

It’s difficult to explain the situation without placing some belief system across it. There simply is more to our existence than just this physical plane.

With that said, I do not partake in any hard drugs and am a whole food holistic eater; I have recently come across plant medicines and did the drug psilocybin, or commonly known as shrooms or psychedelic mushrooms. I have had limited urges save one or two days for pmo but I have easily curbed it with the will and intention of doing so.

These cause emotional and depleting side effects. I highly recommend looking into this heavily because the side effects can be intensive. You will discover that we get these parasites from the horrible foods we consume; it is usually understood that we are not meant to be eating foods that are unnatural and not in their natural form.

I recommend natural remedies such as apple cider vinegar, eating fruit after fasts, doing active cleanses and so on. If you have a large amount of the symptoms I’d recommend looking into the ‘turpentine and sugar’ remedy.

Although I am not talking about nofap or woman attraction in this post; these two things may greatly help your chances in success and may benefit you greatly as it has me so far in my journey.
