Ex Girlfriends

I'm on a lifestyle change that includes eating well and exercise, and I have lost around 40 lb. I have noticed heads turning from women, looking at me from head to toes, smiling at me, this is new to me, when I was fatter women didn't even bother to look my way.

That said, I wasn't unlucky with women, I've been in at least 7 relationships out of those 7, 4 of them were casual relationships. I'm wondering, could these women I've dated be interested in me again if they meet the new me?

I have no intention to go back with them, I have left my past behind me, but, is it possible they would want me back because I'm better than before?

 

What I learned through nofap is that thinking back in my relationships I tended to prioritize the sex too much. I guess I dated some normal women since they had a fairly regular sex drive, while mine was hyperactive because of porn. I couldn't really enjoy just spending time with them, always looking for an excuse to have sex, and became rather upset when I didn't get any.

I can't turn back time and be a better boyfriend but, I can be a better partner to whoever I meet in the future.
