Excercise has helped

    Since I left college, I haven't worked out regularly in 4 years. A lot of it has to do with being in a relationship and getting lazy, and the past few years it's been a result of an office job and constant PMO.

    I haven't watched porn in a week, and I've been excercising more to help. I want to get back in the game of attraction, and working out for sure helps a person self-image, not mentioning basic health. This has been helping me. When I was in shape, I would catch girls staring at me; I want to get back to that level.

    When I was at my peak I was just running and doing push-ups. At least 100 a day everyday. The key is doing the push-ups everyday no matter what. I've gotten to 30 now, so I got to keep moving, but it helps re-direct that energy to something positive, and also physical. Looking good and getting in shape is an important thing, because it's your body, why wouldn't you want to take care of it? Getting off porn and getting in shape is a great trade off.

    Push-ups are excellent exercise for chest, triceps, arms. Try looking up FBW (full body workout), it is quite simple, can be done at home, doesn't require much equipment (pull-up bar plus some weights). I am doing it now, it will train your whole body and push-ups can be a part of it.
