Excess sexual dreams during Abstinence

Hello PPl, first time in my life I have crossed the 100 days window. I am obviously motivated and happy about the progress. But I have too many sexual dreams at nights/during sleep. some dreams i remember and some I don't... Some people from real life..some I don't think i know them. Any suggestions to get rid of sexual dreams or dreams in general ?? Is anyone going through similar experience ??

Hi,
I also had some weird dream with sexual content, but rather that I was searching for porn thinking whether that ok or not.
This addiction is quite fucked up and disturbing. I also ask myself how to stop this, as during the days I control myself well and almost fully eliminated thoughts about porn or names or similar things.

You must not enable that those thoughts could pass in your mind! Be an inflexible customshouse of your mind! One that constantly check which thoughts can pass and which cannot. Remember, until you have sexual content thoughts you are in a severe danger, it's very easy relapse in a such situation!
