    So far i've been on a 8 day streak which is awesome but i've also been spacing out a-lot more than usual and its been hard to control and on top of that i can't remember simple task i need to accomplish during the day, ex: a friend of mine has asked me to return a water bottle she has left in my car, its been 5 days now. She has reminded me twice about it now, and i'm still forgetting to return the bottle. my issue is, when people ask me for a favor or a task its more than just forgetting its as if i completely blank out about what i was told to do and show no interest. This is super frustrating for me as well as spacing out and daydreaming. Is there anyone with a reason or explanation for what i'm experiencing as well as tips that might help? thanks

    It's the brain fog!!
    Have you ever been addicted to caffeine, and then not drank your coffee for a morning?
    It is like that. Your brain is redeveloping. How often do you make it to 8 day streaks?
    Symptom of withdrawls. it will pass in maybe a week or so, and then, boom, your going to be a badass!

    The brain fog can come and go and last a lot longer than a week depending how long and how bad you were addicted. Be prepared for long haul.

    I hate that man. It's like you're an idiot. It's that we are stuck in our minds and not present

    @hairlesschewbacca, yes you are correct.
    Everyone is different, but if you were regularly making to 8 day streaks or longer, than the Brain Fog could leave quickly, but yeah depending on your P intake, and "tolerance" if you will, it can last longer.

    But, LonelyStrength, when you come out of it...it is so good. Almost like a drug itself...everything is clear, and you can actually reconnect with the real you.
    Plus, tons of energy, motivation, smiles.

    And then things compound like interest, and you can start working out, exercising, planning. Then social life ramps up....

    So, think of it like moving a giant boulder. It's inertia. It'll be really tough to push that boulder from standstill, but once you get it rolling....it gets easier to maintain your gains!
