Excessive P/M/O & Sun Exposure Intolerance (adrenal fatigue?)

I've noticed that when I p/m/o frequently (12-15 times a month w/ edging), I have a far worse issue with chronic fatigue and exposure to direct sunlight. The sun makes me much more fatigued and lethargic, I can't really even describe it. I've read in a couple places, including Dr. Lam's website, that this might be indicative of Adrenal Fatigue. When I'm able to lay off p/m/o for at least a week, the symptoms start to improve so I know there's a direct correlation. I just can't seem to get to the bottom of it. Early morning and an hour or two before sunset, when the sun is not directly overhead, I don't really have the same thing going on and generally feel better at those times. Anyone else?

This sounds like a very unique experience, but what immediately comes to mind is dealing with the root of the issue which is the pmo'ing 12-15 times a month. Even if you can discover the issue in relation to feelings of fatigue and lethargy when the sun is up, you still would not resolve the issue of pmo'ing. So my advice would be maybe not to outright quit PMO, but to start by trying to cut it down. Can you get it down to 10 times a month? 8 times a month maybe? 2 times a week?

Aim to break down the issue piece by piece first so that it is easier to manage maybe.

Thanks for responding. I can certainly get it down to 8-10 times per month. The thing is that, after decades of subjecting myself to such mistreatment with p/m/o and edging, I think I need to do more. I think it's a condition that resulted from a cumulative effect. Do you think it's possible or am I overthinking?
