Hello guys, As many suggest, I would like to start exercising, but I don't know how. Can anyone who's into training/fitness please give me some advice? I am the skinny body type and I would like to build some muscle. I used to go swimming but I recently moved and there is no pool nearby so that is not an option. Also, I don't want to stress my knees until I see a doctor as they are hurting sometimes. Thanks a lot in advance, any recommendations are appreciated!
